Machinist
Responsibilities
Manufacturing of parts per plant specifications in an accurate and timely manner utilizing CNC Machining centers.
- Set up and operate CNC Machine Centers in accordance with established procedures and guidelines
- Ability to run multiple machines
- Meet with Engineers to discuss potential machine problems
- Maintains a safe and clean work area
Qualifications/Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience
- Mathematical skills that require the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide, and perform geometric, algebraic and trigometric calculations.
- Must be able to perform metric conversions.
- Must be able to read and understand blueprints, specifications and routings.
- Ability to read calipers, micrometers, machinist scale and other gauging as needed.
- Requires good oral and written communication skills in order to interact with employees.
Production Machinist
Responsibilities
Operate CNC Mills and Lathes to machine forgings and primarily ductile iron castings to specifications.
- Operate CNC Machine Centers in accordance with established procedures and guidelines
- Loading and unloading parts from machines
- Ensure that production requirements are maintained
- Inspect parts to verify conformance with specifications using various gauges
- Ability to run multiple machine centers
- Maintains a safe and clean work area
Qualifications/Experience
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience
- Mathematical skills that require the ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide.
- Must be able to read and understand part specifications and routings.
- Ability to read calipers, micrometers, machinist scale and other gauging as needed.
- Requires good oral and written communication skills in order to interact with employees.
Qualified candidates will be required to take a written skills test which includes math calculations, measuring and blueprint reading.

PRODUCTION TECHNICIAN
Responsibilities
Operate CNC Mill and Lathes to machine forgings and primarily ductile iron castings to specifications.
- Loading and unlading parts from machines
- Ensure that production requirements are maintained
- Remove burrs and sharp edges using files, hand grinders, and various power tools
- Ability to run multiple machine centers
- Maintains a safe and clean work area
Qualifications/Experience
- Minimum of 6 months in a manufacturing environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to follow written instructions
- Requires good oral and written communication skills in order to interact with employees
