Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Complete of a 2 year Degree in Machining Technology or CNC Machining is preferred
  • 3 plus years of Multi-Turret CNC Mill Experience- Compensated based on Experience
  • Demonstrated ability to read/understand multi axis CNC programs and layouts required
  • Must understand Blueprints, Measuring Equipment, Machinist Math, Tooling and GD&T
  • Strong interpersonal, written, oral communications, problem solving and mechanical skills
  • Lift and carry up to 40lbs
Responsibilities:
  • Setup, adjust, and operator a variety of multi axis an multi turret CNC Lathe
  • Ability to calculate and make adjsutment to feeds and speeds to maintain tight tolerance parts on a variety of metals, including exotic alloys
  • Adjust tools and replace as needed
  • Ability to read and interpret CNC Code on twin Turret Lathes with live tooling
  • Must read and understand layouts, job packets, and blueprints for the parts being run, including GD&T
  • 1st Shift 6am to 4:30pm Monday to Thursday - 1 position
  • 2nd shift 4:30pm to 3am Monday to Thursday

Qualifications:

Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled CNC Manufacturing and Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining the integrity and performance of our facility infrastructure and CNC equipment.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in CNC maintenance and facility maintenance

Responsibilities:

  • Read and interpret machine electrical prints, ladder diagrams, and mechanical drawings.
  • Use precision test equipment for troubleshooting and calibration
  • Troubleshoot CNC machines through their control panels and interfaces.
  • Perform Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) activities and analyze TPM inspection reports.
Process Engineer

We are seeking a Process Engineer to develop and optimize CNC machining processes for aerospace components. This role supports programming, tooling, process documentation, and continuous improvement across CNC mills, lathes, Swiss machines, and multi-axis equipment.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent experience)
  • 2–5+ years of CNC machining/process engineering experience (aerospace preferred)
  • Strong understanding of CNC machining, GD&T, tooling, and process optimization
  • Experience with CAM software (Mastercam, NX, CATIA, etc.
  • Familiarity with AS9100 standards and ERP systems- Epicor is a plus
  • Lean Six Sigma certification a plus
  • Well-developed communication and diplomacy skills are required to work effectively with other departments and with multiple levels of management
  • Experience with automation, probing systems, and advanced metrology
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and optimize machining processes for CNC mills, lathes, Swiss, and multi-axis machines.
  • Write CNC programs and define tooling, cutting parameters, and work-holding solutions
  • Create and maintain setup sheets, routings, and standard work instructions
  • Support machinists with troubleshooting machining and quality issues
  • Select and test cutting tools, fixtures, and gauges
  • Ensure processes meet AS9100, ITAR, and customer aerospace requirements
  • Support FAI, FAIR, PPAP, and corrective actions
  • Identify opportunities to reduce cycle time, scrap, and waste
  • Provide DFM input and develop process plans for new products.
Quality Engineer
