Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Complete of a 2 year Degree in Machining Technology or CNC Machining is preferred
- 3 plus years of Multi-Turret CNC Mill Experience- Compensated based on Experience
- Demonstrated ability to read/understand multi axis CNC programs and layouts required
- Must understand Blueprints, Measuring Equipment, Machinist Math, Tooling and GD&T
- Strong interpersonal, written, oral communications, problem solving and mechanical skills
- Lift and carry up to 40lbs
Responsibilities:
- Setup, adjust, and operator a variety of multi axis an multi turret CNC Lathe
- Ability to calculate and make adjsutment to feeds and speeds to maintain tight tolerance parts on a variety of metals, including exotic alloys
- Adjust tools and replace as needed
- Ability to read and interpret CNC Code on twin Turret Lathes with live tooling
- Must read and understand layouts, job packets, and blueprints for the parts being run, including GD&T
- 1st Shift 6am to 4:30pm Monday to Thursday - 1 position
- 2nd shift 4:30pm to 3am Monday to Thursday
- Weekend Shift- 1 Position- Enjoy 12% shift Premium, Paid Lunch & Extra 4 hours of pay if you work entire shift
CNC Lynx Machinist

We are seeking a skilled and reliable CNC Machinist to join our team, specializing in operating and setting up Doosan/DN Solutions Lynx 2-axis turning centers. The ideal candidate will have experience in high-performance turning, setting up tools, and ensuring the precision of machined components.
Position is 2nd shift working 4:30pm to 3am, Monday to Thursday

Qualifications:
- Associates in Machine Tool Technology preferred, High School Diploma or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience operating 2-axis CNC lathes.
- High attention to detail in all job duties
- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, GD&T and related mechanical inspection methods
- Strong understanding of metal cutting principles (feeds and speeds).
- Great oral communication skills
- Must be a US Citizen
- Must be able to pass a drug test and background screening
Responsibilities:
- Set up, troubleshoot and operate Doosan Lynx 2-Axis CNC lathes for both low and high volume production
- Perform First Article and in-process inspection to exacting standards with various Hard Gaging, Micrometer, Caliper, Vision System and Optical Comparator
- Load and unload parts, ensuring the machine maintains continuous operation.
- Perform basic daily maintenance, including removing chips and cleaning the spindle/collet.
- Trouble shoot complex machining and job problems with minimal supervision

Qualifications:
- Degree in Engineering/Quality or equivalent experience
- Aerospace/AS9100 experience with precision-machined components
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience with CAPA, 8D, APQP, and quality tools
- Proficiency with MS Office, ERP systems, SPC, and mechanical inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, CMM)
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work effectively with customers and suppliers
Responsibilities:
- Lead internal NCRs, MRBs, and RMAs from investigation to closure
- Perform failure analysis, root cause analysis (8D, 5 Whys), and drive strong CAPAs
- Track, document, and report quality metrics and complaint trends
- Support AS9100 audits with accurate records and technical documentation
- Work with manufacturing and suppliers to resolve issues and improve processes
- Lead continuous improvement projects using Lean/Six Sigma tools
- Provide inspection and production support as needed

We are seeking a skilled Tool Crib/ Gage Setup specialist
In this position you will oversees the product within the tool crib, prepares gages and tooling for various production jobs.
Qualifications:
- 3 to 5 years of CNC Machining experience
- Knowledge of tooling an gaging for a CNC Aerospace Environment
- Proficient and comfortable using a computer
- Proficiency in using inventory management software or systems- Crib Master a Plus!

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- People Skills
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- 1st shift position, working either 8 hours or 10 hour days
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the effective functioning of the tool storage area, including CribMaster.
- Create and maintain Job Kits consisting of the necessary tools, gaging, fixtures, etc. used in the manufacturing process of specific jobs.
- Using Production Schedules gather all materials specified for a Job Kit.
- Inspect contents of the Job Kit, upon return at the completion of a job, and arrange for re-sharpening, reconditioning or replacement prior to re-stocking to ensure safe practices in manufacturing.
- Enter data and maintain records of tool withdrawals, returns, applications and other pertinent information
- Maintain gage calibration database.
- Complete personal and company gage calibration according to schedule, staying current
- Responsible for checking gages in and out of the lab
- Setup and/or Send out gages that need calibration
